New Elm Estates is located just 15 to 20 minutes drive from Bridgewater, a major shopping and commercial area on Nova Scotia’s South Shore. The recently opened, Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre, a health and wellness centre in Bridgewater, features a NHL size arena, aquatic centre, and library.

With a population of over 400,000 in the municipal region, Halifax offers a wide range of commercial, entertainment, cultural, and educational services. Halifax Stanfield International Airport is just 1.5 hours away.
